Rikki Perez, most recently Project Manager for TECH 5 Corporation, has joined
PHASEOne as Program Manager. Ms. Perez brings 17 years of construction
management experience to PHASEOne. Perez earned
her degree in Architecture Design from Cal Poly Pomona
and is the day-to-day contact for communication and
supervision of all PHASEOne client projects. Rikki is the
construction management staff leader. She is responsible
for interaction with the Design Team and the Inspector of
Record. Rikki oversees all bidding procedures, attends all
pre-bid conferences and interacts regularly with district
staff at both the administrative level and at individual school sites.
Jonathan Oliveira has been promoted from Project Technician to Project Manager.
His background in facility management spanning the last eleven years will benefit
PHASEOne clients, with Oliveira responsible for the management of constructing
quality educational facilities for California’s K-12 districts.
